Erin Bayer, M.S.Ed. CF-SLP

Meet Erin Bayer, a Speech-Language Pathologist in her Clinical Fellowship (CF) year. Erin is committed to improving the quality of life of the individuals she serves, through functional communication. She believes everyone has their own set of strengths and areas of need, which can be used to guide therapy.

Erin completed her undergraduate degree in Biology and Psychology from Loyola University Maryland in 2020. After graduation, she worked professionally with individuals with special needs in educational and recreational settings. Erin then went on to earn her master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Monmouth University.

In her personal and professional life, Erin has consistently demonstrated going above and beyond to help others. She is passionate about fostering a safe and inclusive space for her clients, and prioritizes connection, engagement, and self-regulation over compliance. Providing neurodiversity affirming care is inherently valuable to her and something she actively chooses to implement.

Across educational and clinical settings, Erin has demonstrated the skills to effectively assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with a variety of communication disorders across the lifespan. She has experience advocating for her clients’ needs in and out of the therapy room. Erin is very excited to be a part of The Therapy Garden Team and looks forward to supporting her clients and families.
