Art Class

Our Art Class is an inclusive, person-centered space where creativity, self-expression, and connection come together. Participants explore a variety of art materials and projects while building confidence, communication, problem-solving, and social skills in a supportive, neurodiversity-affirming environment.

There is no right or wrong way to create here. Whether you’re an experienced artist or trying something new, everyone is encouraged to create at their own pace, make meaningful choices, and enjoy the process. All materials are provided, and activities are adapted to meet each individual’s strengths and support needs.

Make and Meditate Class

Make & Meditate is a calming wellness class that combines gentle adaptive yoga, guided meditation, and a creative art project inspired by a monthly theme. Each session is designed to help participants relax, build mindfulness, express themselves creatively, and connect with others in a welcoming, neurodiversity-affirming environment.

Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, practice self-care, or simply enjoy a peaceful creative experience, this class offers an opportunity to slow down, recharge, and leave feeling refreshed. No previous yoga or art experience is necessary, and all materials are provided.

Independent Study

Independent Study is a flexible, person-centered program where participants explore their interests, work toward personal goals, and build independence in a supportive, neurodiversity-affirming environment. Whether it’s creating art, practicing life skills, working on a personal project, reading, using technology, or engaging in meaningful conversations, each session is guided by the individual’s interests and strengths.

Participants are encouraged to make choices, advocate for their needs, develop social connections, and practice real-world communication while receiving individualized support. Independent Study provides a welcoming space to learn, create, and grow at your own pace while being part of an inclusive community.
