4. Consultations, Appointments, and Insurance Checks

Requests submitted through the Site are not confirmed until we contact you. Availability is limited and is not guaranteed.

Insurance and DDD eligibility checks are provided as a courtesy. They are estimates based on the information available to us and are not a guarantee of coverage or payment. Final coverage is determined by your insurance carrier or the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities. You are responsible for any costs not covered.
